Every brand on our shelf is imported directly — either from the house itself or from an authorised distributor with paperwork we keep on file. Nothing arrives via a middle market, a friend of a friend, or a suitcase.
When a batch lands in Cairo, our derms inspect it. Batch codes, expiry, packaging integrity and cold-chain (where relevant) are logged against a Society batch ID that every parcel and every product carries.
