What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), shipping addresses, order history, skincare quiz answers you choose to submit, and standard technical logs (IP, device, browser) needed to operate the site.
How we use it
To take and deliver orders, personalise your routine, verify batches, respond to concierge messages, and — with consent — send occasional product news. We do not sell your data.
Payments
Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider on Shopify's checkout. We don't store card details on our servers.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential functions (cart, session) and to measure aggregate site usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to concierge@routinesociety.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our platform providers. Access to member data is limited to staff who need it to deliver the service.
