Please read these terms carefully before using routinesociety.com or buying from the Society shelf.
The service
Routine Society curates and sells verified skincare and offers routine recommendations. Our content is educational and does not replace a consultation with a licensed dermatologist.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund orders affected by them.
Verification
Every parcel carries a Society batch ID. Using batch IDs from parcels that were not delivered to you, or attempting to abuse the verify service, may result in account suspension.
Membership
Society membership is offered on a subscription basis. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid term.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the site — no scraping, resale of individual items as "authentic Society" without our written consent, or interference with our verification systems.
Liability
We stand behind the authenticity of every product we ship. Individual skin reactions are personal; if a product causes irritation, stop use and contact concierge — we'll help.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo.
