Where we ship
We ship across Egypt from our Cairo depot. Orders confirmed before 3 PM typically leave the studio the same day. Delivery windows: Cairo & Giza — 24–48 hours. Alexandria & Delta — 2–3 business days. Upper Egypt & Sinai — 3–5 business days.
Delivery fees
Standard delivery is EGP 60. Free delivery on orders over EGP 1,500. Cash on delivery is available across Egypt and is collected in cash by the courier at the door.
14-day change-of-mind
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind on sealed items. For skincare, this means the outer safety seal and any inner bottle seal must be intact. Contact concierge to arrange a pickup.
Damaged or wrong items
If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is wrong, message concierge on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo. We reship the same day whenever stock allows.
Verified batches
Every product ships with a Society batch ID. Enter it on our verify page anytime to confirm authenticity, batch and expiry.
